By accessing https://www.grvllc.shop or engaging GRV LLC's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
GRV LLC provides computer systems design, integration, cloud, security, data engineering, and related technical services. Each engagement is defined by a separate agreement or statement of work.
Website content is owned by GRV LLC or its licensors. Work product ownership transfers to clients per the applicable service agreement upon full payment.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, grant access as needed, provide timely feedback, and pay fees per agreed terms.
Fees are defined in the service agreement. Invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest.
Both parties maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. This obligation survives termination.
Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Either party may terminate per the service agreement. Client pays for services rendered through termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes shall be resolved in Sacramento County, California.
